Mitti Craft is a game made by INCUBICS, a brand of IQLEXA Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the Mitti Craft apps for Android and iOS, the web version at mitticraft.online, and this website collect, why, and the choices you have.

In short: you can play without an account. Your worlds are saved on your own device. The game shows ads from Google AdMob, which uses your device's advertising identifier. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo to protect your progress. We do not sell your personal information.

1. Information we collect

Game data on your device

Your worlds, inventory (jhola), sikke balance, task progress, daily reward streak and settings are stored on your device. Deleting a world in Settings, clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app removes them.

Google Sign-In (optional)

If you tap "Sign in with Google", Google shares your name, email address, profile photo and Google account ID with the game. We use them to show who is signed in, to give the one-time sign-in bonus, and to keep your progress linked to your account. We never receive your Google password.

Advertising and measurement (Google AdMob)

The free version of the game is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect:

your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA, when you allow it)
your IP address, which can indicate your approximate location
device and app information, such as model, operating system, language and app version
how you interact with ads, and crash and performance diagnostics

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.

This website

This website does not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

2. What we do not collect

No precise location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone access
No in-app purchases or payment details
No chat or messaging between players

4. Your consent and ad choices

Consent screen: where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland), the game asks for your consent through Google's consent form before ads are personalised. You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & ad choices.
iPhone and iPad: the game asks for permission before using your IDFA. If you decline, you still see ads, but they are not personalised.
Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Google settings.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the game: Google (Sign-In and AdMob) and our hosting provider. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our users and our rights. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

6. Children

Mitti Craft is made for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before you sign in with Google. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email support@mitticraft.online and we will delete it. 7. How long we keep information

Game data stays on your device until you delete it. Account details linked to Google Sign-In are kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Support emails are kept for up to two years. Google keeps advertising data under its own retention policies.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the EU and UK GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. To delete your account, follow the steps on our delete your account page. For anything else, email support@mitticraft.online. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security

Information sent between the game and our services is encrypted in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

10. International transfers

We are based in India. Our service providers, including Google, may process information in other countries, with safeguards required by law.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the game. In particular, we will update this policy before we start saving progress on our own servers.
