These terms are an agreement between you and IQLEXA Technologies Private Limited, trading as INCUBICS ("we", "us"), for the Mitti Craft game on Android, iOS and the web, and this website (together, "the game"). By playing, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not play.

1. Who can play

Anyone can play Mitti Craft. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you should play with the permission of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms for you.

2. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse-engineer or modify the game, or use cheats, bots or exploits, except where the law allows it.

3. Sikke, rewards and items

Sikke (coins), blocks, items, rewards and anything else you earn in the game are part of the game's licence. They have no real-world money value, cannot be sold or exchanged for money, and may be changed, rebalanced or reset as the game is updated.

4. Ads

The game is free and supported by ads. Some rewards are offered for watching optional video ads, with a daily limit. Ads are provided by Google and other partners, and we are not responsible for their content or for third-party sites they link to.

5. Your account

Signing in with Google is optional. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. You can sign out or delete your account at any time.

6. Fair play

Do not use the game to break the law, harm others, or interfere with the game or its services. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

7. Our content

Mitti Craft, its name, logo, artwork, music, code and all other content belong to IQLEXA Technologies Private Limited. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond the licence above. Worlds you build are yours to enjoy, and you allow us to show screenshots you share publicly with us to promote the game, with credit where we can.

8. Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop parts of the game at any time. We will try to give notice of important changes. We may update these terms, and continuing to play after an update means you accept it.

9. Disclaimer

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be error-free or always available, and we are not liable for lost progress, indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of India, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
